Get Your Roller Shade Working Like New!

YOU NEED A NEW SPRING IF:

  • Your shade won’t stop at the bottom

  • Won’t stay in place

  • Won’t go up or down

  • Fabric detaches from roller

  • A new spring will bring back smooth, controlled movement

YOU NEED AN AUTO STOP IF:

  • Your roller shade doesn’t know where to stop at the top

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • For original Slow-Rise shades manufactured between 2013 and mid-2017, current replacement springs will require minor modifications for proper fit. This involves sanding down a specific area of the spring assembly.

  • Before attempting this modification, please watch our instructional YouTube video on SANDING SPRINGS and contact us at 602-321-9986—an experienced roller shade technician who can provide professional guidance.

How to Measure Tubes & Rails

Tag—On the top header mounting rail, it looks like a price tag, with 6 digits. (Pictured below) Measuring a top header rail—If the width is 1 3/8", then your tube is likely 1 1/4" outside diameter tube. If the header rail width is 1" your tube is most likely a 3/4" or 1" outside diameter tube.

Measuring a tube—The outside diameter of the aluminum tube that the fabric is wrapped around. Pull the fabric down (do not remove the fabric from the tube if it's still attached) so you are not measuring the fabric, only the tube. (Pictured below)
